Carluccio’s is a chain of restaurants offering authentic Italian dishes. The company opened a new Carluccio’s – known internally as Carluccio’s of the Future – with a new menu, new service standards, and a new design.
Carluccio’s wanted to show this new approach to the wider wider Carluccio’s team, and needed a video that could capture the essence of Carluccio’s of the Future.
We took a very visual approach to the creative, allowing the venue and food to speak for itself at first, and then bringing in short interviews with staff.
The resulting video was a fresh, lively piece of work which showed off not only the new facilities and approach, but also communicated Carluccio’s brand values. We produced two versions of the video: a full-length version, and a 30-second version. This gave Carluccio’s a huge amount of flexibility in how and where they could use the content.
