Suzuki is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of automobiles. As well as building and selling high quality vehicles, they also offer after sales support to their customers. MWP Digital Media was brought on to help Suzuki explain the benefits of its accident aftercare service on its website.
We produced an animation to explain the benefits of the service, using a fast-moving and engaging graphic style that complemented Suzuki’s brand.
We teamed the animation with 7 instructional presenter videos, placed at strategic points through the user journey on the Suzuki website.
We A/B tested different gender presenters, different length video, and different video placement, and used these insights to ensure that we were implementing the most appropriate approach for Suzuki’s audience, to achieve maximum Return on Investment.
The web presenter videos reduced the bounce rate across the user journey. The web presenter engagement results also provided Suzuki with some useful insights about their audience – for example, the audience responded better to a female presenter.
